How to Subscribe to the Calendar

Aimed at smartphone devices, you can synchronise the Club diary with your smartphone calendar using the following instructions. Please follow them carefully!

Apple iPhone/iPad

• Open this website page on the iPhone/iPad.
• First choose the Calendar Category and Group options required**
  ** NOTE: if you do not select any categories or groups then all groups/categories will be used.
•  Next tap the 'Diary sync URL' link.
• The iPhone/iPad Calendar will then open and request adding the new Calendar.

Google/Android Phone

• Open this website page on your PC
• First choose the Calendar Category and Group options required**
  ** NOTE: if you do not select any categories or groups then all groups/categories will be used.
• Next copy the 'Diary sync URL' to your paste buffer by selecting the complete 'webdav://...' text.
• In the calendar section of your GMail/Google Apps account there is a list on the left of calendars available to view.
• There is a dropdown arrow list for 'Other calendars'.
• If you click this and select "Add by URL" you can paste the 'webcal://...' link you previously copied. Ignore the checkbox about making it publicly available.
• If you are using an Android phone this calendar will then sync to your Android phone, providing the account you add the calendar to is the account that you sync to your Android phone!

IMPORTANT: If you change the categories and groups then subscribe again, you will need to remove the old subscription from your phone or google account to prevent duplicate calendars being syncronised.
